1. ஆசிரியர்களின் பொறுப்புகள் (Responsibilities of Authors)

கட்டுரை மூலப்பணியாகவும், காப்பியக்கமில்லாததாகவும் இருக்க வேண்டும்.
எல்லா இணை ஆசிரியர்களும் பங்களிப்பு செய்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
ஒரே கட்டுரையை ஒரே நேரத்தில் பல இதழ்களுக்கு அனுப்பக் கூடாது.
பயன்படுத்திய மேற்கோள்கள் (references) துல்லியமாக குறிப்பிடப்பட வேண்டும்.
Manuscripts must be original and free from plagiarism.
All listed co-authors must have made significant contributions.
The same manuscript must not be submitted to more than one journal simultaneously.
All references used must be properly cited.

மதிப்பாய்வு நேர்மையாகவும், பாகுபாடின்றி செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.
ஆசிரியர் பெயர்/அடையாளம் தெரியாமல் (Double-blind) மதிப்பாய்வு செய்ய வேண்டும்.
தங்களால் மதிப்பாய்வு செய்ய முடியாவிட்டால், உடனடியாக தெரிவிக்க வேண்டும்.
கட்டுரையிலிருந்து எந்த தகவலையும் தனிப்பட்ட பயனுக்கு பயன்படுத்தக் கூடாது.
Reviews must be conducted objectively and impartially.
Reviews follow a double-blind system (author and reviewer identities remain anonymous).
Reviewers should decline if they cannot review within the timeline.
Information from manuscripts must not be used for personal advantage.

சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட்ட அனைத்து கட்டுரைகளும் அறிவியல் தரம் மற்றும் பொருத்தம் அடிப்படையில் மட்டுமே மதிப்பிடப்படும்.
எந்தவொரு இனம், பாலினம், மதம், நாடு என்பவற்றின் அடிப்படையிலும் பாகுபாடு செய்யப்படாது.
மதிப்பாய்வு செயல்முறை முழுமையாக ரகசியம் காக்கப்படும்.
காப்பியக்கம், தவறான தரவு, முறைகேடு போன்றவை கண்டறியப்பட்டால் கட்டுரை நிராகரிக்கப்படும்.
All submitted manuscripts are evaluated solely on the basis of scholarly merit and relevance.
No discrimination based on race, gender, religion, or nationality.
Confidentiality is maintained throughout the peer-review process.
Cases of plagiarism, falsification, or unethical practices will result in rejection.

வெளியீட்டு தரநிலைகள் பின்பற்றப்படுவதை உறுதி செய்வது.
அனைத்து கட்டுரைகளும் Open Access அடிப்படையில் வெளியிடப்படும்.
தேவையானபோது திருத்தம், திரும்பப்பெறல் (retraction), விளக்கம் வெளியிடப்படும்.
Ensures adherence to publication standards.
All published articles are made available under Open Access.
Issues of correction, retraction, or clarification will be published when necessary.
